Extremely rude service, no response or response with a few days delay! For a month they did not offer us a change of underwear, it was for a fee of 29 pounds, they gave us some bill that we could not transfer from a European bank! We asked them to pay this money in cash or to provide us with an IBAN number but they refused!

“Excellent apartment well equiped, in great location”
The location of the flat is superb with very easy parking. The terrace is private and nice. The living space is huge and all very comfortable.

This was just too dirty . Met by large bag of rubbish full of maggots. I rang " simon " to come and move it and to clear the tiny lawn of what was 134 dog ends ( also noted in previous renters review - so not cleaned) . Left message on his answerphone and to this day have not heard from him or Sophie. I emailed Sophie but no reply Mould wall s and ceiling in bathroom- shower cant go hot as the safety button is broken. I was in tears when i moved the sack of maggots ( all bins smelt and were full). I got into house and had to clean everywhere - table s had food crumbs- drawers dirty and I had some maggots on me so had to shower quickly..2 hrs before i actually got things from car. Sophie has said any reviews below 9 are suspended. This is terrible. I gave her right to reply but no one cares or bothers. Wld have moved out but as BH there was no where. Could be nice if cleaned and repairs done. EMPTY DUSTBINS AND TAKE RUBBISH AWAY FIX BATHROOM

Everything was very well explained by our host upon arrival. We had the ground-floor of a house and it was nice, clean and spacious. It was well located in a safe neighbourhood and easily accessible to amenities, it is also close to Oxford.

A decent size apartment which is reasonably well kitted out for a short stay. It has potential to be a good value for money space if the negatives are adressed.
