“Flat in north Abingdon”
For us, the location is great and very quiet. The parking space is very good. The flat is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and clean. The bathroom is functional and a good shower. The towels were good. The two bedrooms are fine, enough room for 4 people. The bed linen was fresh and clean.The WiFi worked well. There is a small supermarket, takeaway food places and a pub a few minutes walk away

the apartment is not clean, there are a lot of cobwebs, the dishes are greasy, the water does not drain well at the sink..

Clean but crockery and plates were dirty. Had to be washed before use. Also unsure about use of garden with upstairs tenant. Also huge flower pot full of of cigarette ends beside door

Second time staying here and very much enjoyed it. Had an issue with the hot water whilst there (turns out someone had just turned the boiler off whilst cleaning) that was quickly sorted by Simon. Will most likely be booking here for our annual trip next year too!

“Comfy, clean, welcoming”
Perfect for our needs, which included travelling with a dog. The flat had everything we needed and was clean. The owners even provided a dog bed, blanket, toys and a large chew 😁 Bertie was very happy.
