I like everything about the hotel, staff were amazing , room and washroom were cleaned and perfect. the location of the hotel was great as there's a shopping mall not far and 15 minutes from the airport. I will definitely come back again.

“Convenient and comfortable with unnecessary annoyances.”
The hotel location is good with a very convenient underground parking. The room was clean and comfortable - the shower taps were a litle unusual and took some experimenting. Breakfast was very good.

2 of the elevators were not working well . Also in the Hallway, the AC was not working well as well so it was quite hot. I also dont understand why one of the main gate is closed permanently so cars have to reverse to go out.

Upon arriving we requested an early check in 3 hours before our checkin in time. The hotel requested 50% price of one night stay for an early check in. So we had to wait 3 hours in the lobby until it was time to get our room. Imagine if were able to get our room earlier without paying any additional fees whos gona be winning two new clients. We asked the reception if the buffet was open as we were arriving from airport and hungry she said its already closed. We either ways went to check but were surprised the buffet was still open and receiving clients. We went to the pool ordered 2 sodas, although there were only two people other than us at the pool, our sodas arrived 45 min later and that after reminding the bartender twice and after my spouse went physically to take it from bar. We asked the next day for two small bottles of water as no one showed up to make our room and restock our complimentary bottles of water when we went to breakfast and were surprised that not only those were charged but also over charged as this was Supposed to be complimentary.
