The location was great! Close to the airport!

I liked the staff and their quick response to my calls. We booked a two bedroom apartment. Washroom of the master bedroom was small, bath area was not separated, Water was spread in the full washroom as the drainage system was not proper. Additionally internet coverage was not good. Signals were not reaching the bedrooms

It was fine. Met expectations. Thanks to Mr. Adham such a supportive receptionist.

The hotel was truly beautiful and located in a very convenient area, with markets, grocery shops, and food options nearby. The parking was excellent, and the hotel’s viewpoint was amazing. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the warm welcome. The traditional gahwa (Arabic coffee) and fresh dates were very delicious. The fragrance inside the hotel was refreshing, and the overall hospitality was excellent. It was a very pleasant experience, and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel interior and rooms are fancy and creates a great amboance.

Room is big and good, it's clean and comfortable. Location is little far from city but it's on highway so you can reach city in few minutes

It takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach City Centre from Hotel. Staff is good and welcoming . There are no Mobile signals in most of the rooms . We had to change rooms for that purpose. And there was water spillage inside bathroom. Otherwise value for money. TV they provide is very bad quality . Didn't work .

Everything was good except the AC, induction cooker and TVs was not working properly.

Only Mr Taha Al Sayed at the front desk, who was the only one who spoke English and tried to be as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, the hotel was left to deteriorate and Mr Taha could not do much for this.

“Waste of money”

I booked a villa apartment in this hotel, and stayed there for 4 nights and None of the housekeeping staff showed up for the entire time even after calling them multiple times. I was allocated with villa no.134, the washroom door was broken which we were unable to lock. The floor tiles from the living room are broken and often cause trip hazard, a big NO for this hotel if you are looking for family stay. And guess what this property does not provide a backup power supply incase there is any issue with main electricity supply. I highly recommend to the owner of this property to renovate it so that no one other than me waste his hard earned money and spoil his vacation

“Maintenance is a word they do not know”

Bedsheets were clean (yeah, that's something that should be normal but here it felt like a good surprise...) Breakfast was not supposed to be included, but we could get boiled eggs and industrial bakery things. It was pretty quiet.

Rooms are spacious,clean,location is good with nearby restaurants.
