Ty Belgrave Apartment 2 is located on the first floor of an imposing property overlooking the sea front. It affords wonderful views of the beach and of stunning sunsets in the evening. The town centre is within a minute or two’s walking distance and offers all the facilities one could need.

Very spacious apartment and modern , even had a little xmas tree in there to set the festive spirit ‘ sound of the waves on the beach were so relaxing of a night going to sleep.

I booked and paid for an apartment with a sea view from both the bedroom and the dining area as shoved at photos posted on booking.com.  Upon arrival, I was told that the apartment was no longer available and was offered a replacement. I declined the first alternative because it did not meet the terms of my reservation. I was then presented with a second option – a three‑bedroom flat described as having a “sea view.” when i entered the unit i discovered  a basement kitchen and living room which did not meet my expectations. I find it unacceptable that my original booking was ignored and that I was forced to accept accommodation that did not meet my expectations. The lack of clear communication and the assumption that a guest with a “foreign‑sounding” surname could be easily dismissed are particularly concerning. I paid for a specific property and expect to receive exactly what was promised, or to be offered a suitable alternative with appropriate compensation.

What a nightmare! Mr Davies called at 9pm the evening before we were due to arrive. He said there was storm damage to the apartment ??? so it wasn't available. Mr Davies manages many properties in and around Aberystwyth including the hilariously named four seasons hotel. We were offered a hotel suite consisting of a double bed, single bed and sofa. A very poor substitute for a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. Everything else was booked up for the weekend so we had no other choice.

The apartment was lovely, clean and modern and right on the sea front. All the mod cons in the kitchen. The weather was awful but was great to watch the sea from the living room

Hot tub was a lovely addition but it is communal and this is not stated at booking . Bed are comfy ! Quick and easy check in .
