“Disappointing and frustrating”

Very poor communication about the location of the property, not to mention that the property has a completely different name to the one advertised. Promised parking did not eventuate as the carpark was occupied with tradesman vans, and I was forced to use a parking station, which was inconvenient, and expensive.

Great location, minutes from the beach, 3 good sized rooms. Clean, comfortable beds and couch. Balcony was a good size. Hot tub was nice

Excellent location, just a short walk into Aberystwyth centre. Secure parking at the rear of the property. Rooms were spacious with a large comfy bed. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. There is a large separate lounge and a well appointed kitchen with pretty much everything you could want supplied.

It's hard to review this accommodation as we didn't actually end up staying in this apartment. An hour before we were due to arrive we received a phone call to say that the 3 bedroom apartment we booked wasn't available but that we could move into a 2 bed or to a 5 bed house 20mins outside of town. I explained I have two young children who don't sleep well so I booked the 3 bed so we could all get some sleep and enjoy our holiday but they said it wasn't possible to have the 3 bed (despite it still showing up as available online). The owner started to accuse of trying to sleep more people in the apartment when we just wanted the apartment that we had booked. It put us on a negative footing which isn't what you want at the start of a holiday. As it was so last minute we took the 2 bed (at a discount as it was cheaper) which I cannot fault, it was lovely.

We were upgraded to the sea front apartment in Grosvenor House. It was huge - 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful view and oodles of space. The only issue was we couldn't change the temperature of the downstairs shower, and you have to park on street - spaces are hard to find on a Saturday, but the loading bay directly outside the property is available after 5pm and all day Sunday. In the evenings the starlings gather at the pier, and the lounge windows gave us a perfect view of the murmuration!

The property was lovely. Really comfortable, everything you could need for a weekend away, so nice I could happily live there!! Wonderful for a family going away together! The location is perfect, so close to everything in Aber, you can walk everywhere you would need or want to go to! Perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We were a family of four. The apartment was fabulously renovated and very well appointed. So many beds on each bedroom. We were spoilt for choice. It was warm and cosy and perfect all round. Only a few steps from the friend we were visiting.

A lovely apartment. Extremely spacious and well equipped. Ideal for the one night we stayed or a more extended stay. The bedrooms were also very spacious with comfortable beds. Obviously very well cared for and maintained. Off street parking as well. Very nice.
