Nothing, as the flat I had booked & paid for my mother - 5 months in advance - was double-booked and unavailable when we arrived.

Congratulations to the management team holly farm was double booked they sorted out the problem and I stayed in a lovely house in the outskirts of town thanks again to the lovely lady who fixed the problem with no fuss

“Rubbish”
I can’t say what the property was like as when I arrived to check in I was told that it was double booked I was offered an option 10 minutes away or hotel room in another hotel. Had no option as needed somewhere to stay. Willl not book this property again

Like others we never saw the property. Booked last minute. Had to go to four seasons to get the key and told we had been upgraded to the Ty Belgrave on the water. I booked the place for the parking. Belgrave you have to park on the street which is not easy in this town

“Alternative apartment very good standard but it would have been good to be advised of change before arrival”
We didn’t stay at the property- we were not told until after we’d battled trying to park in torrential rain that we had been moved to another hotel.
