Overview
A friendly, family-run hotel situated in one of Fife's picturesque coastal villages, specialising in fresh fare, using local Scottish produce where possible. Real ale is always available on tap, and the establishment has once again been included in this year’s ‘Camra’ Good Beer Guide. Although the buildings date back to the 17th century, all 16 bedrooms have en suite facilities, and tea and coffee making facilities. Free on street parking is available just across the road and further parking spaces can be found within 100 metres from the hotel. The hotel is an ideal base for touring, golf breaks and for visiting Edinburgh which is just 30 minutes by car/rail, with the station just one minute’s walk away.

“Old basic hotel with updated bar and dining room”
Good breakfast and dinner at reasonable price. Bar & dining room nice. Bath ....we were walking coastal path. Good pub over road. Castle 5 mins walk. Right on coastal path Firm comfy bed.

Staff were good 👍 . No carpark. What had been the carpark had been turned into an outside seating area for food and drinks

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Helpful staff. Very nice evening meal (reasonably priced). Nicely positioned dining area, a level above the pavement, where you could look out.

Very welcoming staff. Secure overnight motorcycle parking for x2 bikes (thank you). Good dinner and excellent breakfast. Comfy room with good facilities.
