Nice location, many parking spots nearby. The apartment was clean and big enough for three people. The walk to the center takes 25 minutes, but there is also a bus stop in front of the apartment.

Spotlessly clean and very cosy apartment. Stylish, well-equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds, modern and nicely finished bathroom. Fast WiFi, warm and quiet. Clear and very helpful check-in instructions from the host. Great stay – would happily book again. Highly recommended!

“Overall, this experience did not meet basic hygiene expectations”
Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, I arrived at approximately 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, I found that the room had not been cleaned at all. There was rubbish and leftover food on the table, bed, and floor. I immediately contacted the host. During the phone call, the host mentioned that the cleaner may have forgotten. However, when the host arrived at the property, the explanation changed to saying that the room was not ready because I had arrived early. I fully understand that check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, the condition of the room clearly showed that cleaning had not yet taken place, rather than simply “not being ready.” It raises concerns about whether the cleaning was only scheduled shortly before guest arrival. The most disappointing part was the attitude. Instead of offering a sincere apology, the situation was justified by referring strictly to the check-in time policy. In addition, cigarette butts were found inside the room. I would advise future guests to confirm the cleaning status before arrival. The photos taken at the time reflect the actual condition upon arrival.

“Lovely cosy apartment”
I can't praise this cosy little apartment enough. It had everything we needed and was so we'll presented and clean. Located right across from the shop which was handy and plenty of street parking. Perfect communication from owner, we just loved it and will definitely book again soon.

Lovely little place, all on one level but with a fairly high front step (which I noticed on crutches!). Everything was up-together, tidy and clean. Free parking practically outside. Convenient for Aberdeen. Great shower.
