Upon arrival and next day Hair and body wash in shower was empty. If was not filled up next day so I had to ask for in reception. So routines can’t be good.

“Hotel was fine, poor instructions for finding the hotel from College St car park the hotel recommen”
The instructions for finding the hotel if you arrive by car. There is no indication which level to exit the lift for the station. Lift levels are 12 -2. If you exit at level 2, the lowest indicated level, you are not on the level for the station. The level for the station is level 5, so you should exit at 6 and walk down to level 5! A stranger we met on level 2 very kindly took us all the way to the hotel.
