“Reservation Cancelled Without Notice – No Refund, No Communication”
I am very disappointed with my experience at Ibis. I booked and paid for two nights 26th-28th of May , but due to travel delays I arrived the following day, only to find out that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not check in on time. Nobody contacted me beforehand — no phone call, no email, no message to inform me about the cancellation. What makes this even worse is that I did not receive any refund, and nobody contacted me regarding the refund process either. I feel that I was treated unfairly and very poorly as a guest. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Staff were excellent. Best customer service we've experienced in a long time! We didn't think the portable fan (4th floor room, weather warm) was working. A staff member came promptly with a replacement fan. Both were working, so she left the 2nd one, so we had two.

“Smart design. Clean and great value for money.”
The room is compact but designed in a way that makes it very comfortable with a desk and good storage, I stayed for a week and had been a few times before. The prices fluctuate quite a lot but it’s usually worth every penny. The breakfast was very overcooked on my one particular attempt.

The evening meal in the restaurant was terrible . This is the second time I have stayed here and both times I had a meal . First time was the lasagne which was hard round the edges but tasted ok . This time I had the chicken korma with rice and nan bread . The bread was tough and the chicken was very tough and was hard to even cut through it
