“I’m afraid that I will not be returning due to lack of cleanliness and “tired/worn” decor/bed.”
Breakfast good. Most of the front of house staff were very helpful, although there was one person who didn’t seem to have any interest.

Shabby, down at heel. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in years, got there half an hour after it started the hot food was dried out and the yoghurt/cereals and accompaniments were pitiful. The coffee from the machines was very poor barely tasted of coffee.

Decent room. Window opened to let in fresh air. Fan available to cool room down. Comfortable bed. Nice smelling soap and shampoo. Big, fluffy, fresh smelling towels. Breakfast was excellent. We asked in advance for a room on the end of the corridor and got what we wanted.
