Excellent property, clean, great location for working in the area. Parking available too which is a bonus. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

“This is a budget/cheap accommodation striving for a mid-price. Needs the deepest of deep cleans.”
The flat isn't clean - the oven is particularly dirty, a few lightbulbs are out, smoke detector in the living room was on the floor, living room had a broken appliance in it, floors were dirty, mattress had stains visible through the sheets, cheap as chips pillows, kitchen kickboard blew over in the wind, bedroom door didn't hold closed with the bedroom window open.
