“Reservation was lost in the system, had to rebook all rooms!”
Upon arrival our booking (6 rooms!!) was not registered and untracable!! All guests had to re-book a room (luckily enough rooms were available otherwise there would have been bigger problems). Staff tels us this has happened on multiple occasions and Booking.com is unable to help out. Upon contacting Booking.com I was told they will look into this but have heared nothing since. Luckily no additional costs were made, but this needs to be sorted!

Reception states it’s open from 8am to 10pm. We got there at 8:50pm and receptionist was not there. As a foreigner my phone wasn’t working to do calls so I asked a friend to call at the phone number provided at a note on the door. After 30 minutes the receptionist arrived with an attitude and seemed he has zero knowledge on how to talk to customers and run the desk. Anyway we got into the room and bed had a funny smell. Huge spider nest as well next to sink. I do not recommend.
