“Location great on a working farm. Hosts very friendly and approachable. Been before and will return”

Booked for 5 nights ...left after 1. On entering the chalet we were hit with a strong smell of stale urine , musky disgusting smell . The windows were blown with condensation running down them . Flies on the window sills and dirty net curtains . After taking a look around it was clear how tired and dirty the chalet was . Mold in bathrooms , mold on bed head boards . Fridge freezers were full of rust and dirt . Cooker was filthy . Carpets were filthy and the smell from them was overwhelming. The whole place was filthy . After advising the owner we were leaving , her reply was "Complain then " and she shut the door on us . I cannot believe this property is even allowed to advertise on booking.com it is not fit for purpose . I contacted booking.com who contacted the owner who refused to give me a refund. I lost the 500 pounds I paid . . The only way to improve this he'll hole would be to knock it down and start again. I then had to spend 600 pounds on booking alternative accommodation Do not waste your time or money . Disgusting chalet and Disgusting customer service .

“Ideal family break with dog. Convenient location.”

Convenient, clean, safe, ideal for family with dog. Plenty of space. Beautiful location with stunning views whether it was sunny or raining. Very relaxing. Back garden with decking backed on to a field with livestock including cows with cute calves.

The place was nice we needed another comfortable chair in living room there was five of us and only 4 chairs so we were unable to all sit together

Well equipped and spacious accommodation. Bed linen and towels were provided, excellent wifi, smart TV with Netflix/prime video etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and it was great to have laundry facilities too. Lovely enclosed garden with decking and outdoor furniture with views over the farm and surrounding hills. Really friendly hosts, in a fantastic location on a working farm just a few miles from Aberdaron.

Well equipped bungalow everything you needed dishwasher drier washing machine comfy beds enclosed garden for the dogs decking lovely conservatory with dining table to eat meals with a lovely view, welcome friendly owner, disabled and dog friendly, and great the dogs had a secure garden to run around so interesting to be on a working beef farm and she how hard farmer work in any weathers lovely to see so close the baby bullocks

“Peaceful place on a working farm but avoid if you are germaphobic”

The lady was lovely and gave us a barn tour so we could see the lambs and calves. There’s a fantastic view from the bedrooms of fields of sheep. The beds were pretty comfortable.

We loved our stay on the farm. The chalet had everything we needed and was very comfortable My family didn’t want to leave! Only 8 mins to Aberdaron Beach and handy for lots of places to visit on the peninsula. Thanks v much for a lovely time

“Beautiful retreat for a secluded get away in the countryside”

Beautiful location, secluded and peaceful with the sounds of the working farm, loved meeting the cows and the farm dogs, it is pet friendly and had a secure garden for my dog to play in. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed and more.

Everything! The family are friendly and made us feel very welcome. For us and our dogs, the chalet became home away from home. We couldn't have wished for a better location. The farm, and local area provide breathtaking views. There are a couple of beautiful beaches a short drive away. We recommend Whistling Sands Beach and Porth Lago (perfect for sunset views).

Loved the location and the owners, good beaches and restaurants and pubs. The owners gave us access to large fields to run our 3 dogs witch was really appreciated. We are considering booking again for next year if the below comments are fixed.
