Code not provided upon arrival. Zero towels provided even after detailing names, ages of family members staying. As responsible pet owners we were astonished at the level of cat spray throughout the suite. Could not breathe with the pungent urine smell. Owner acknowledged in writing that pets havent been in suite in 15 days. Health inspection should occur.

We stayed in Oscar Inn, Suite #2 for 3 days from 14th to 16th March. There were several surprises in this suite, which made us feel uncomfortable. 1） Rubbish, diapers, and sanitary pads were left in the bins of the dining room, bathroom, and bedroom when we checked in. It took us two days with several texts to the host for the cleanup when we're dining. It was quite disturbing. 2）The dishwasher was off with no power after dinner on the 1st night. The problem was reported on the 2nd day with the unclean dishes left in the machine. The host replied to give a fix in the afternoon on the same day. Unfortunately, when we bought the dinner back and realized all the kitchenware was still inside the machine. We needed to wash all of them by ourselves before dinner and breakfast. It was terrible without any support from the host for these 3 days. 3）The stove was shown in the pictures on the page on booking.com, but was absent in the suite. 4）Poor hospitality, such as a limited supply of toilet paper for 7 people in 3 days, failure of the wifi connection, no instructions on the main door lock, and the powering of the heater. The host was not aware of these issues and acted passively to resolve them for us.

The location was easy to find on Google maps and each room gets 1 parking in the drive way which was perfect for us. The house is lovely and our room was very comfortable with a nice homey vibe. The room came with a fridge, filtered water container, microwave, and coffee pot along with coffee sugar and creamer powder. The water was nice extra touch you don't see often. The lady that showed us our room was very pleasant to chat with and very helpful.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. House was modern and nice. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

Nothing. I didn’t like the property at all. There were broken down cars and lots of weeds in the front. There were stinking bags of rubbish outside of the window of the room we were shown.

Nothqing it was dirty outside, inside, hosts were unprofessional, rude, charged me off the site a ridiculous pet deposit of half the cost for one night when I arrived a the place even though booking .com handles the pet deposit themselves. All made for a horrible stinky experience considering you can smell there cats from the third floor it your in

I really like how they just bring you into the sweet show you around and then they just leave you to it that should be they don't bother you harass you you don't want veils and relax that's really really good... I would recommend it to anybody families couples even people just traveling alone it's a great time

Perhaps a little Faster response/communication at checkin The owners cats had a disagreement with each other during the night …I love cats and was awake anyway but just a heads up there are cats in the home ( especially if you have allergies)
