“Solid bed and breakfast service”
It's a nice little room that looks exactly how it's depicted on the photos. There is a small recommendations card on a table that has some good restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast is okay, apart from the staff's inclination on making an omelette in the microwave.

The place is very nice..but it is air b&b..and no one waz to help. Just code to get in. I tink it should be writen before making rezervation.

“Good overnight option for tour through Tuscany”
Road trip from Rome to Pisa, this was a great overnight spot with late check-in option and fantastic public parking area in-front of property. The place was fully booked but all guests were respectful and quiet in the common areas. The ladies at breakfast were very friendly! Also very impressed with the communication received via Whatsapp, advising of check-in protocol as well as dinner options.

Everything OK , breakfast was amazing. the lady helping us during breakfast was really kind. The "crostata" with more marmalade was like homemade and the ricciolina cake top!!!
