Super staff, well trained and educated, perfectly dressed, always friendly. The interior design is from Bella Epoche, the hotel is also managed as a grand luxury hotel. They pay attention to every detail, clean the room every day, change bed linings every night, a hotel I miss for many years in Europe, where will always be lectured how to be correct.

Hotel Trieste & Victoria is truly one of the finest hotels in Abano Terme with its refined, classic atmosphere. What impressed me most was the genuine kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every request was handled with extreme care and attention, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

The staff at the restaurant was in general friendly and ready to help, the food at the restaurant was good enough although nothing amazing. The staff at the reception was mostly friendly, they allowed us to checkout at 12.30pm. A lot of thermal pools, including one internal.

Great historic hotel and beautiful pool area, a lot of space. Clean. Professional and polite staff. Free access to different sauna. Nice green area. Calm and quiet.

may 23 from 9:30 to 10:00 My sister and went dovn for breakfast She forgot her bag in the room and in the bag there was a diamond ring worth 6000 euros . when did my sister get her room back checked bag and there was no diamond ring.At this time ,the maid was cleaning the next room .We contacted her and the hotel administration told what happened but they pretended that they didn't know anuthing and they supported each other they said that this couldn't happen to us. They took advantage of our mistake and they stole it. This is the most expensive number in my life.Unfortunately , i couldn;t prove it.

Great Location, historic atmosphere, caring staff, nice Spa area

Hotel was in Piazza. Was able to walk to everywhere great shops and restaurants in area. Walking distance to main attractions.

It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with exquisite service. The pools and gardens are breathtaking and the food was always delicious and varied during my full board stay. All of the staff were delightful and gracious and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

“very relaxing stay in a well run hotel”

this property is a modernised belle epoque “Grand” hotel right in the middle of Abano Terme but because it is in the pedestrian zone it is very quiet. aWe stayed in a junior suite which is really a very large room with comfortable bed , armchairs etc and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle . We had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with good cooked options and the usual buffet . There is outdoor space for breakfast which is pleasant too. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service . There is a half board option available which we had not taken but it does seem possible to est there each evening without being bored .We also used the spa for mud and massage treatments and these were really excellent too. All the hotel pools are filled with thermal spa water and they are set in plesanalty manicured grounds. We were there for a long weekend and didn’t feel much need to leave the hotel but when we did we were very conveniently located for the town centre .Shops there are surprisingly nice for a small town. All in all we would recommend this hotel and town.

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!
