Hotel Bären Suhr was built in 1773 just 3 km from the centre of Aarau. The A1 highway is just 1 km away. It features a restaurant and all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and offer a Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules and free sparkling water. Free parking is available. “It was exactly what we needed”
The location and parking was super convenient. We arrived late but could have the keys without any problem. The rooms were spacious. Even though the restaurant was already closed, they gave us two glasses of wine. Everything was perfectly clean, the staff was kind, the bed was huge and the breakfast good.

Staff was friendly. I liked the coffee/tea minibar in the hallway and also the fact that the receptionist offered a lunch package as I told her I would have to check out early. Clean room, fast wifi.

Staff was extremely helpful, professional and nice. Free parking, very good location. Rooms are tidy, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Free coffee, water and fruits in the hall. We would stay there again.

“I felt very comfortable and would recomment the Bären anytime for accomodation and food.”
The breakfast was lovely, and included in the price was a great surprise. There were very friendly personel helping out when needed. The Bären had a face lift over the past years, has been renovated very modern and clean and fresh. I would recommend the Bären anytime

I booked the room for 2 nights because of open air gränichen music festival. The staffs were very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious with big window and comfortable. The bathroom was new renovated, spacious and clean. Specially i could drink tasty coffee as much as i like.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bären Suhr and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers free parking, making it convenient for travelers with vehicles. Located in a peaceful area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its reasonable prices, it offers excellent value for money, especially for short stays. Although it's a bit outside the city, it's easily accessible by car. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bären Suhr for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

“Excellent hotel, with very nice accommodation.”
Very nice room, with lots of space, lovely bathroom fittings, very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And breakfast was excellent. And the front desk had spare electrical adapters for use with the room sockets, which I hadn't realised are different from the French ones.
