We were quite disappointed with our stay. The service in the breakfast area was especially unpleasant due to one staff member, Maria, who behaved more like a camp commander than someone working in hospitality. The room also did not meet expectations for a deluxe category. There was only one chair and a bed, making it feel very basic and uncomfortable for two guests. In addition, we found dust nests under the bed, which is simply unacceptable at this level. Another major disappointment was that the thermal baths were no longer accessible directly through the hotel, while this had always been one of the main advantages of staying here. Overall, the experience did not match the standards or comfort we expected.

This is a truly incredible destination. The rooms are lovely and immaculate, the breakfast is sumptuous, and the wellness facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. Above all, the service is top-notch and highly professional.

Great hotel, it was our third stay there. Connection to the lovely spa nearby. Personnel is very kind and attentive. Great breakfast, big rooms (we had a big one with a sofa and a large bed). Thank you!

The room was quite big and komfortable. Eversthing was clean . The breakfast was very good There ist a posibilility to eat outside.

The beds were really wide and comfortable. There was water bottles in the room. Staff really nice. Perfect breakfast with pancakes that my child loved the spa has a lot of different pools, saunas and we enjoyed the outside area as well.
