It's in a good location, 15 mins walk from the train station. The personnel was really nice and friendly and I liked the breakfast variety.

Not really an architectural highlight in an already solemn surrounding, but comfortable and quiet . Comfortable bed and bathroom .

“great experience in aalen”
very perfect, comfortable place. close to the center comfortable quiet room, staff 1000 stars the receptionist who checked me in was very friendly, polite and helpful, I was able to book via booking and pay on site, the receptionist even allowed me to enter the room earlier

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and quiet with a big comfortable bed and a good desk to work on. Good shower and overwall nice bathroom.

I returned to the hotel after a day at work around 6pm. When I got to my room the door was wide open, purposely held open by a wedge. When I went to reception and asked them why my room was left open, they replied "Oh!, maybe cleaning left it open." No apologies or any other conversation. I had to go to my room and check through all my belongings. I found the response to the fact that my room had been left wide open all day absolutely poor. The receptionist didn't seem to care and acted like I was bothering her by even telling her.
