We had a problem with the building's entry code, but customer service resolved it in minutes (they offer support in several languages), so that was excellent. The apartment is truly so beautiful that I'd love to rent it out monthly! It's luxurious, from the cleanliness to the quality of the furnishings. Absolutely 100% recommended.

The apartment was roomy and like 5 mins walk from the central station.

Location was good, less then 10 min and you are in the shopping area. Parking was across the street for €15 per 24hours. Room was clean and big.

“Terrible stay with zero customer service”

Where do I begin. One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Notified them the day before arrival that I am travelling with heavy luggage and wanted to drop my luggage about 3 hours before official check- in time. They replied and said that is not possible since they don’t have luggage storage facilities but that I should request early check-in from 13:15 abd they would try their best to have room ready by then and notify me once room is ready. I waited and waited but no notification. 10 minutes before the 15:00 check-in time I receive a notification with the entry code for a room. Arriving then at the official check-in time of 15:00, the room was still not ready and being cleaned. I also realised the room I was assigned was not the one I asked for but overlooking a busy and noisy construction site. Their reply was that rooms are assigned based on availability and there is nothing they can do - not even moving me to any other room not overlooking the construction site. The toilet was also not properly cleaned and they said the cleaners csn only come the next day to clean. I then said I will stay for one night but then want to move to another quieter hotel the next day and asked if they will please cancel my stay for the 2nd night. Again the reply was that they are not prepared to do not and if I leave early I won’t be refunded. I asked to speak to a manager to explain my frustrations and consider a refund for the 2nd night. No manager was available so they promised someone will contact me. I waited but received no call, email or any message whatsoever from management. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay at any Limehome accommodation ever again and won’t advise any guests to do so either. No staff on site, no customer service and they just don’t care at all.
