“Good hotel in perfect location.”
Quiet clean room. Windows were very good at noise insulation So the sleep was easy also with outside noise.

“Satisfactory”
It would have been nice if at least one water bottle would have been complementary. It is almost no cost for you. But generates a big impact for the customer.

As expected for this chain: clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable mattress, polite and helpful staff. Private parking on site. Convenient check-out until 12:00 (though they let us leave our car until 3:00 PM so we could explore the city center).

“Great breakfast!”
Simple but comfortable! Only a few minutes walk from the Aachen Cathedral and many stores and restaurants! As always, Ibis doesn’t disappoint with breakfast!

“Unpleasant hairs”
The location was really good and stuff's attitude, but I was expecting from room's cleaness more. There were a lot of different types of hair in the bathroom :(
