“Just what we were looking for”
The room was clean and neat with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh and ample. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and the staff were very friendly and professional.

A hotel staff member entered my room at 9:00 AM without knocking, while I was sleeping. He was extremely rude and impolite, and completely unable to communicate in English. I stayed for eight days, and the room was never cleaned once, nor were the sheets and towels changed. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

“Good hotel for a short or budget stay”
Location of the hotel is very convenient - walking distance to the center. Also very close to the park - good for jogging. Very helpful and professional staff. Good price vs quality.

The hotel room is more spacious and has more entertainment options compared to similar offers for this price in Aachen, and people can definitely enjoy their leisure time in the room. The design of the room is appealing.
